Presswell has developed in-house technology in areas of its operation, by constantly upgrading and aligning with customers’ requirements. It keeps on upgrading its infrastructure with latest automation and technological advancement in its field as per industry standards such as automatic feeder and progressive tools. It has also employed IOT 4.0 and SAP . It boasts of a technical team that includes degree and diploma holder engineers and managers, who are competent enough to tackle day-to-day activities of the firm.

Presswell has adopted and implemented international quality standards and practices. The quality of the product is observed from the initial stage of manufacturing which meets the requirement of the customer in full. In principle the firm does not compromise on quality and is ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certified.

Presswell boasts of a world class manufacturing facility as per global standards. Its existing plants are located at Faridabad, Haryana and Chhatral, Gujarat.

Presswell Faridabad plant is located at Sarurpur Industrial Area, on a free hold land measuring 30,000 sq.ft. It is well equipped with complete in-house manufacturing and tool room facilities, capable to handle jobs upto 250 tonnes pressing capacity and welding requirements that can be catered by MIG welding and Spot-cum-Projection welding machines.

Presswell Gujarat plant is located at Sadara, Kadi, Mehsana, on a free hold land measuring 28,000 sq.ft. and another at GIDC Chhatral, Kalol, Gandhinagar, measuring 13,500 sq.ft. Besides, the Sadara manufacturing facility can be enhanced as per the requirement of the customer any time. Pressing capacity at this plant is upto 315 tonnes.

Presswell Turned Components, Within close proximity to our Gujarat Plant, is our fairly new machining division company,located at again GIDC Chhatral, which is having an area of 6,500 sq.ft. and equipped with CNC’s, VMC, Traubs, Drills and Tapping machines.
